Mike Logan asked whether Time Warner could close their Circleville office while still in contract with the city.
He was also told the new traffic light at State Route 22 and Clark Drive will be installed sometime between April and August.
The $22 million dollar 2014 budget will go one more read before passage.

Council then moved into a Long Range Strategic Planning committee meeting where they went into executive session.
